Job Description What You’ll Do Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Develop culturally competent care plans based on patient needs; provide age‑appropriate and evidence‑based nursing interventions. Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans; engage patients and families to build strong relationships. Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventive care; integrate cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences into care plans. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support a positive, learning‑focused clinical environment. Act as a role model and resource for peers and team members; apply evidence‑based practice and clinical scholarship. Maintain competency in technical and specialty nursing skills. Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts. Safely delegate tasks in accordance with the MA Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0); maintain accountability for patient outcomes and delegated tasks. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Licensure & Certification. Active Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross). The pay range listed for this position represents the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, and other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
