Advantages of This Fleet:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset
• Train with a mentor for 150 hours to build your experience
• Drivers on this fleet with 1+ years of experience average $74,000 annually* - top 10% earn up to $89,000 per year*
• Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
• Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
• Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
• Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per load
• Clean DOT inspection: $25
• Safe & on-time bonus- up to 3% weekly
• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location

Route Details:

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. Drivers typically make three deliveries per week to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL, covering around 1,500 miles weekly.
