Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Mentor, Ohio
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Starting at $18/hour (pay based on experience)

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with advanced machinery? We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Mentor, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a strong understanding of mechanical systems.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on specialized production equipment
• Work with mechatronic automation systems, including servo motors and electrical controls
• Operate machines that drill, pick, and staple filament into various block materials
• Ensure efficient production and maintain quality standards

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with machine setup and changeovers preferred
• Familiarity with automated or mechatronic equipment is a plus

Requirements:

• Background check and drug screening required
• Must wear steel-toed boots
