POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Promote and sell products or services tailored to customer needs Handle objections and close sales effectively Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong sales and persuasion skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job is performed in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary. The employee will sit or stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, operate office equipment, and may occasionally move around the office to accomplish tasks. Required reach in any direction and the ability to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
