Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. Requirements Candidates must have a license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units. Local & travel allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services. Additional Details Unit Details: Performs diagnostic testing procedures, obtains arterial gases, initiates respiratory protocols, administers medications, and troubleshoots respiratory equipment. Shift & Scheduling: May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift. Floating Requirements: May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need. Required Credentials: Graduate of an NBRC approved Respiratory Therapist program is required. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. 7 days maximum time off. 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years. 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years. Proof of identification required.
