Bookkeeper Position
A packaging company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and support the company's accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone reliable, accurate, and experienced in handling bookkeeping tasks within a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient with accounting software and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
- Prior bookkeeping experience required (manufacturing or packaging industry a plus).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
