Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to deliver high-quality services while respecting patient autonomy and dignity. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition. Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments appropriate to patient age and condition. Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Assist physicians with procedures and utilize technical skills. Address psychosocial needs, coordinating with social services for discharge planning. Practice cost-effective resource utilization and promote patient safety. Engage in lifelong learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire. Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications and computer literacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
