Yearly bonus/incentive opportunity available to all benefit eligible employees Key Responsibilities: Analyze mortgage loan requests that require in-depth credit review. Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information, and related documentation. Completeincome analysis todetermineincome available for debt servicing for wage earners andSelf Employedborrowers Gather andvalidatecustomer financial information to ensure complete andaccurateanalysis. Support loan servicingfor the country living market segment Analyze andsubmitPrivate Mortgage Insurance (PMI) loans to provider Participate in internal credit reviews and collaborate with credit leadership toidentifyand document findings. Make credit decisions withindelegatedauthority. Requirements: Bachelor'sdegreerequired. Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Finance, Economics, ora relatedfield preferred. 1+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, financial services, or agricultural lending preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
