Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional service to our valued customers while ensuring our convenience stores are well-maintained and inviting.Primary responsibilities include:General Contractor work (plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair)General Electrical workMaintenance and repairs of HVAC equipmentMaintenance and repairs of Food Service equipmentMaintenance and repairs of Kitchen equipmentSafely operate company truckWillingness to learn and expand on current skills and knowledgeWillingness to learn Maintenance and repairs of Gasoline DispensersAbility to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.Always represent Quik Mart professionallyTravel to all store locationsProvide recommendations for improving equipment and store performanceMaintenance and repairs of building and equipment used by Quik MartWillingness to work closely with Store Managers and Team MembersAlways put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.Ability to work in various temperatures.Rotate nights – weekends - on call duties with other techniciansWillingness to adapt to a changing schedule as neededQualifications:Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordLive within service area (Preferred)High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)2+ years general maintenance experience (Preferred)HVAC experience (Plus)Refrigeration Service (Plus)Previous Convenience Store Maintenance (Plus)Ability to use hand and power toolsAbility to climb and work from a ladderStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issuesStrong problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExcellent communication and customer service skills
