Land Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities Work alongside marketing and production team members to complete land feasibility studies Negotiate directly with land owners to secure prime sites at the best price Provide accurate timing for the proposed development analysis Work with the development team to ensure efficient use of land and cost-effective completion of a finished lot Understand and oversee site development, including local zoning, planning, and pricing Work with marketing team members to monitor competitive local home building and prices Arrange lot development Represent NVR in the local community Qualifications 2-4 years of successful land acquisition experience, including demonstrated experience navigating the land entitlement process.
