Leasing Consultant Opportunity
This Broomfield apartment community is looking for an experienced leasing consultant! Temp to hire opportunities! Great benefits!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm/Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm/Sunday, 12:00pm-5:00pm.
Pay: $18-$20 (depending on experience)
The leasing agent will be responsible for the leasing & marketing for multi-family residential apartments while maintaining positive resident relations.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
- Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and fair housing requirements.
- Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
- Maintain current resident files.
- Assist management team with other various tasks as required.
Required:
- 1 year of apartment leasing experience
- Recent fair housing training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
