Senior Financial Analyst

LHH is partnering with a highly respected, global technology organization headquartered in San Francisco to identify a strategic finance professional for a high-impact contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a seasoned FP&A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys partnering directly with senior leadership to drive business performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. This position offers significant visibility across the organization and will play a key role supporting long-range planning, executive reporting, investment analysis, and cross-functional business partnerships. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with exceptional analytical and communication skills, enabling them to translate complex business data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across multiple business functions Partner with senior leaders to evaluate business performance, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives Develop sophisticated financial models, scenario analyses, and executive-level dashboards to support critical business decisions Deliver meaningful insights through detailed variance analysis, KPI reporting, and trend identification Analyze operating expenses, headcount investments, and organizational performance against strategic objectives Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements that increase accuracy and operational efficiency Support quarterly business reviews, strategic planning cycles, and ad hoc analyses for leadership teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related finance functions Experience supporting high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or public company environments strongly preferred Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills Expert-level Excel capabilities and experience with modern financial planning and reporting platforms Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting methodologies, and performance metrics Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial concepts to executive and non-finance audiences Highly analytical with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment Why This Opportunity?
