Lead Street Outreach Case Manager

Lead Street Outreach Case Manager Manage the Coordinated Entry system in St. Louis City and County and provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at‑risk youth. Support the Street Outreach team, develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and supervise a group of program staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field. Experience working with at‑risk youth and families, including hard‑to‑reach or at‑risk individuals. Knowledge of community resources is a plus. CPR certification required. Class E Driver’s License required. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $43,888 per year. Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance at low cost. Paid Time Off: 12 holidays, 1 floating holiday, 12 sick days, two weeks vacation (increases with years of service). 401(k) with 3% employer match.
