KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead pricing, positioning, and revenue optimization strategies Own forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and performance reporting Utilize analytics and market insights to improve ROI and commercial effectiveness Drive group, corporate, sponsorship, and partnership revenue growth Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting process Personally lead strategic business development and high-value partnership efforts Develop a metrics-driven, high-performance sales culture Marketing & Brand Leadership Oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, paid media, CRM, and events Lead campaign strategy, brand development, and creative execution Optimize website, ticketing, and e-commerce performance Manage agency, media, and public relations relationships Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to maximize guest experience and revenue opportunities Leverage competitive intelligence and consumer insights to shape strategy Ideal Background 8+ years of experience leading sales and/or marketing functions within attractions, hospitality, entertainment, experiential, or related consumer-facing industries Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consumer engagement Strong leadership and commercial acumen with a hands-on, builder mentality Experience securing partnerships and managing integrated marketing initiatives Data-driven mindset with strong digital and financial fluency Job ID: 59503373312 Category: Consumer Products Location: Dallas,TX #J-18808-Ljbffr
