Scrum MasterSoccer Shots DFW South is looking for a driven and collaborative Scrum Master to join our growing team in Waxahachie, TX! In this role, you'll be the engine behind agile delivery — empowering teams, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects moving with purpose and energy. If you're passionate about people, process, and making things happen, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCoach and guide cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and principlesIdentify and remove impediments that block team progress and deliveryTrack and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project health to stakeholdersFoster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaborationCoordinate with product owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlogShield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivityRequirements:Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferredStrong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsExperience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOpsAbility to build trust and influence teams without direct authorityStrong organizational skills with a servant-leadership mindsetAbout Us:Soccer Shots DFW South is a premier youth soccer program dedicated to delivering high-quality, character-building experiences for children in the Waxahachie, TX area and beyond.
