Senior Companion/Caregiver-Part-Time Cashmere Senior Services LLC Location: Central New Jersey Pay: Starting at $20/hour Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Schedule About Cashmere Senior Services Cashmere Senior Services LLC is a growing local company providing non-medical companion and support services for seniors . Our goal is to help older adults remain comfortable, connected, independent, and engaged in their daily lives while providing families with dependable support. We are looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible Senior Companion/Caregiver to join our team. What You Will Do Provide friendly companionship and conversation Help seniors with social activities, walks, and recreational activities Prepare simple meals and assist with meal preparation Help with grocery shopping and everyday errands Provide light household assistance Accompany clients to appointments or community activities when assigned Help clients maintain their normal daily routines Provide respectful, compassionate support Observe and communicate any concerns about a client’s well-being to the appropriate supervisor Maintain client privacy and confidentiality What We Are Looking For Compassionate, patient, and respectful personality Reliable and punctual Good communication skills Comfortable working independently Enjoys helping and interacting with older adults Previous caregiving, senior care, companion care, customer service, or related experience is a plus CHHA or other relevant caregiving certification is preferred Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred for assignments involving transportation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must successfully complete required onboarding and background screening Important This is a non-medical caregiver/companion position . Caregivers do not provide nursing, medical treatment, or other services outside their assigned responsibilities and training. Why Join Us?
