Responsibilities * Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general household systems. * Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, and flooring work. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or property managers. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used. * Assist with project management tasks as needed. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. * Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques. * Ability to operate hand and power tools safely. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
