What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

• Experience working in a high-volume outbound calling, contact center, lead generation, or similar environment.
• Enthusiasm for setting appointments and making outbound calls maintaining energy throughout a fast-paced schedule.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset that turns daily activity, conversations, and appointments into a motivating challenge.
• Confidence navigating gatekeepers, reaching decision-makers, handling objections, and quickly building rapport by phone.
• Strong desire to build a sales career and progress from appointment setting into a closing role.

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

• Set 2-4 appointments per day to connect with prospective customers and generate sales.
• Navigate organizations and engage gatekeepers to identify and reach the appropriate decision-makers.
• Communicate the value of companies low-risk, high-reward offering clearly and confidently.
• Qualify prospects, overcome initial objections, and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team.
• Track outreach, follow-up activity, and appointments accurately while consistently working toward individual and team goals.

Compensation Information

The expected compensation range for this position is 45-50K base salary, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers uncapped earning potential and may also qualify for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
