Pay & Perks * Pay: $35-41 per hour, based on experience * Flexible scheduling — build a schedule that fits your lifestyle * Ongoing training and development * Collaborative, mission-driven team environment What You’ll Do As aHome Care RN, you'll oversee and support caregivers and ensure that our clients receive the high-quality personal care they deserve. Duties include: * Develop and updateindividualized client care plans * Conductsupervisory RN visitsto assess condition and quality of services * Providehands-on caregiver training * Ensure caregivers demonstrate competency with delegated tasks * Reassess each client's needs and satisfaction every 90 days or as needed * Document any changes in client condition and adjust care plans accordingly * Maintain communication with clients and designated family member * Reports to the Agency Director any condition which requires further attention in providing home care services Why JoinGriswold?
