2-Color Bag Printer – 2nd Shift
Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Shift: 2nd Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced 2-Color Bag Printer to operate and maintain printing equipment used to produce high-quality, two-color designs on bags. This position is responsible for machine setup, adjustments, quality control, and maintaining an efficient production process.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 2-color printing presses according to job specifications
- Adjust machine settings for proper color, alignment, and print quality
- Monitor production and identify defects or machine issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
- Load and unload bags from printing equipment
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Clean and maintain printing equipment
- Maintain accurate production records
- Report equipment problems or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating a 2-color printing press or similar machinery
- Basic understanding of printing processes, color matching, and machine operation
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math skills for measurements and machine adjustments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with production machinery. You should be able to work independently while also communicating effectively with your team and supervisor.
