Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to join a warehouse team in Strongsville, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, grade, and condition. You will maintain accurate inventory records, process receiving documentation, and organize materials for efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and previous warehouse or receiving experience.

Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accurate quantities, material grades, and product conditions.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and accurately document findings.
• Review, organize, and maintain Material Test Reports (MTRs) and receiving documentation.
• Enter shipment and inventory information into warehouse management systems, including Wintrix.
• Tag, measure, organize, and stage incoming materials in designated warehouse locations while following safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify shipments and maintain records.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse inventory systems; Wintrix experience is a plus.
• Ability to read purchase orders, shipping documents, and material specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
