Seasonal Client Advisor, BYREDO (Oakbrook)

The Opportunity:

Join BYREDO during the holiday season and help create memorable experiences at one of the most exciting times of the year. We are seeking client-focused Seasonal Client Advisors to welcome clients, introduce them to the BYREDO universe, and help them discover thoughtful gifts across fragrance, makeup, home, and Byproduct. You will bring the brand to life through personalized service, product storytelling, and genuine connection. Whether guiding a first-time visitor through a fragrance discovery or helping a returning client select the perfect gift, you will contribute to the elevated, creative, and distinctive experience that defines BYREDO. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in luxury retail and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced boutique environment.

Part-Time, Seasonal Position from November 15, 2026 through January 2, 2027

What You’ll Get to Do:

Sales Excellence:

• Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends to support an informed and elevated selling approach
• Provide an exceptional BYREDO client experience, demonstrating expertise and understanding of our elevated selling approach
• Build rapport with returning clients by recognizing and understanding their needs, ensuring a personalized and unified shopping experience
• Showcase BYREDO’s wide product portfolio across fragrance, makeup, home, and Byproduct, offering curated recommendations and creating memorable holiday shopping moments
• Contribute to boutique sales goals through strategic cross-selling and meaningful client relationships
• Leverage BYREDO’s CRM tools to manage client information, support loyalty, and deliver personalized outreach
• Collaborate with the team during store meetings by contributing ideas and retail strategies

Client Experience & Brand Expertise:

• Build and nurture client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling activities
• Provide after-sales service with care and attention, ensuring client satisfaction
• Create personalized shopping experiences that reflect each client’s unique tastes and aspirations and encourage long-term loyalty
• Develop and maintain knowledge of BYREDO’s full product offering across all categories
• Actively participate in product presentations and training sessions and stay informed about new launches, industry innovations, and emerging trends
• Uphold BYREDO’s commitment to excellence through detailed product care, handling, and presentation

Operations:

• Support boutique operations through accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and proactive loss-prevention practices
• Offer suggestions that support retail strategies, business performance, and the client experience
• Maintain visually compelling product displays aligned with BYREDO’s visual merchandising guidelines and brand DNA
• Assist with gift wrapping, packaging, and other seasonal client needs during high-traffic periods

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, or makeup sales preferred
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to sales goals
• A proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude
• Availability for the full seasonal assignment from November 15, 2026 through January 2, 2027
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, peak retail hours, and occasional extended hours as needed
• Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishment

Compensation:

The expected hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00-$25.00 Per Hour . Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
