Senior Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing operation in Middleburg, FL. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing large scale production equipment used in beverage and packaging environments. You will play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. What You Will Do Maintain and troubleshoot blow molding and injection molding machines Perform machine setup, mold changes, and adjustments for production runs Support filling, capping, and beverage processing systems Work with labeling systems including roll-fed and cut and stack technologies Maintain conveying systems and packaging equipment Troubleshoot and repair case packers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers Support quality inspection systems including vision systems and laser coders Ensure adherence to quality and sanitation standards Respond to equipment issues and provide on call troubleshooting support What You Bring 6 or more years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment 4 or more years working with blow molding, injection molding, or similar production machinery Experience with labeling machines in a manufacturing setting Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and production systems Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Willingness to be on call as needed Why Join Work with advanced manufacturing and packaging equipment High impact role supporting continuous production Opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery and systems Competitive hourly pay and consistent work environment Schedule and Pay Onsite role based in Middleburg, FL Hourly pay range: 39 to 50 per hour, based on experience On call availability required for troubleshooting support #J-18808-Ljbffr
