Digital Factory Operations Lead Coordinate factory software, IoT, MES, and automation to keep the production line running. Location: Ashville, Ohio, United States Compensation: $99,000 - 131,000 USD / year About the Role You will own the digital coordination layer of the factory. Your responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for all factory software systems at a given site, driving coordination across production system administration, digital IoT, MES, controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test teams, ensuring deployments are sequenced correctly across infrastructure, applications, and automation, maintaining a real‑time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies, identifying integration gaps before they impact production, working directly with Heads of Production and Manufacturing Engineering to align software with how the factory actually operates, and pushing teams to resolve blockers quickly and make decisions under uncertainty. What This Role Is (and Isn't) A site-level integrator across multiple technical domains A driver of execution, not a passive coordinator A translator between production needs and technical teams A force multiplier for teams that are otherwise operating in parallel Not a traditional project manager tracking tickets Not a purely software‑focused TPM Not a role that waits for perfect clarity before acting Required Qualifications Experience operating in complex, cross‑functional environments Strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing workflows Ability to work across software, infrastructure, and automation domains Comfort making decisions with incomplete information High ownership and bias for action Preferred Qualifications MES/ERP/factory software systems Industrial automation or controls environments Deploying systems into live production settings Benefits At Anduril, we invest in our people.
