Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy tailored to clients across various age groups and backgrounds.
• Completing thorough and timely documentation for each client, maintaining accurate records and notes consistent with our quality standards.
• Managing scheduling logistics for ongoing appointments, including maintaining a well-organized calendar to meet client needs.
• Utilizing our integrated billing service to streamline claims management, including handling client communications and insurance inquiries.
• Applying clinical expertise to work effectively with a diverse array of psychological presentations and therapeutic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on clients seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. We accommodate a wide range of clients, from children through seniors, ensuring a rich and varied clinical experience. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, with an active Massachusetts LICSW license allowing you to practice independently.

• Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and effective time management capabilities.
• Commitment to attending at least two evenings per week, which allows for scheduling flexibility for clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000, encompassing benefits such as:
