Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in Human Resources, staffing, recruiting, employee relations, or workforce management helpful. Willing to train the right person!
• Prior management, supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience is highly desired
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build positive working relationships
• We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong leadership potential, professionalism, and a passion for helping people succeed
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in HR-related processes, employee support, or workforce coordination and be eager to grow their skills within a dynamic environment

We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual professional to join our team as a Bilingual On-Site Coordinator — a key role that combines recruiting, employee support, relationship-building, and operations coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full recruiting and onboarding process for temporary employees, from interviewing through first-day orientation
• Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for employees and client partners
• Help attract top talent through local recruiting and sourcing efforts
• Coordinate interviews, job postings, and hiring documentation
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records with strong attention to detail
• Answer and route incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with hiring procedures, employment laws, and pre-employment requirements
• Welcome and support new hires to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience
• Assist with onsite events, reporting, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
