PT - Support Associate Seasonal

Overview Tory Burch is seeking a Retail Team member to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced store environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting product flow, and upholding company standards across sales floor and stock areas. Responsibilities Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and act as a cashier as needed. Answer phones and execute operational policies and procedures. Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and store presentation. Qualifications One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock experience is a plus. Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
