Senior Vice President, Delivery Practitioner

Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Delivery Practitioner to join our Wealth Services Platform team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Supports execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery activities.
• Partners with Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, Scrum teams, and Client Enablement to maintain alignment on priorities, commitments, and timelines.
• Maintains delivery plans, status updates, RAID logs, and supporting artifacts to provide transparency into progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Produces clear, concise status reporting and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to improve planning, coordination, execution, and team effectiveness across initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, delivery management, product operations, platform support, or related roles within financial services, fintech, or wealthtech.
• Experience supporting delivery across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of program and project execution fundamentals, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through, maintain accountability, and support teams through execution challenges.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $228,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team.
