Weekend Medical Detox Coordinator

A not-for-profit healthcare organization is seeking a Detox Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team to support Medical Detox patients, assist in assessments, and develop discharge care plans. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and experience in substance use treatment.
