Recruiter (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
We're actively networking with talented recruiters for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire roles in the DFW area. These positions offer hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting in dynamic environments, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams to meet critical staffing needs. Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate)
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments preferred
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools a plus
