As an Account Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the success of BSI and its clients through the following core job responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day execution of client benefits administration, client communications related to employee benefits, and the delegation of customer service needs. * Serve as the point of contact at the HR level for all groups in assigned book of business. * Provide outstanding customer service to all current and prospective clients. * Support the strategic renewal process for groups in assigned book of business. * Prepare client presentations related to Pre-Renewal, Renewal, Year-End Review, Multi-Year Planning, Open Enrollment etc. * Conduct educational and health/wellness-related meetings with clients and their employees. * Compile pertinent information from the client to prepare an RFP. * Support the development of new business. * Manage all client compliance activities. * Develop an internal process of tracking timelines and notifications for client compliance programs. * Review and reconcile client billing statements. * Update client files. * Manage carrier set up for groups in assigned book of business. * Conduct and lead Open Enrollment presentations in person and virtually. * Assist the Account Director in mentoring and training of Client Service Coordinator if applicable. * Support the Senior Account Executive & Producer with other tasks as assigned

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or other related field. * 2-3 years of health insurance experience * Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses or the ability to obtain them within 6 months of employment. * Understanding of Health Insurance and Health Savings Accounts * Experience reading and interpreting reports from insurance carriers. * Ability to work under significant pressure with frequent interruptions. * Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to concurrently handle a large number of issues. * Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. * Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present professionally via in-person, online, phone, and written communication methods. * Exceptional active listening skills * Strong computer skills inclusive of MS Office and Google Suite. Prior experience with Salesforce preferred. * Ability to establish rapport and relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
