Job Summary:

As a Personal Care Assistant with Always Best Care Grand Strand, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and companionship to seniors and their families in our community. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care services to clients, including basic companion care and more integral personal care

• Assist with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, and more

• Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients, families, and colleagues

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and care plans

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices and industry developments

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting

• English proficiency and excellent communication skills

• Three professional references required

• Must be able to pass background check

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Must have a good driving record
