​Key Responsibilities:

​Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and mobility
​Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
​Companionship, active engagement, and personal support
​Clear communication with administrative staff and family members regarding care updates
​Qualifications & Requirements:

​Experience: Minimum of 3 years of formal caregiving experience (in-home care, facility, or agency setting)
​Integrity: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain company standards.
​Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a high level of empathy
