Help Desk Analyst

vTech Solution

Job Summary:

Experienced Help Desk Analyst needed to provide call center and remote technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver strong customer service with a focus on quick resolution. Responsibilities:

Provide support through inbound calls and remote assistance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues
Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications
Escalate issues as needed and support field technicians
Document procedures and assist with user training

Required Skills & Certifications:

Experience with Windows Operating Systems
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Helpdesk/Call Center experience
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience with call-tracking systems
Associate's Degree

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience training users and creating documentation
Knowledge of custom or COTS applications
Strong team collaboration and customer support skills

Special Considerations:

Hybrid role with onsite work every other Wednesday

Scheduling:

Sunday to Wednesday and Saturday
40 hours per week
