Radiation Oncology - Physician

The Department of Radiation Oncology at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join our team. This position will include an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine . The primary site of practice will be Tufts Medical Center in Boston; this individual will also practice in community Cancer Center sites in Stoneham and /or Framingham as directed by the Chair.

The primary clinical responsibilities associated with this position are to staff our radiation oncology department as an integrated part of a multidisciplinary cancer center (including infusion, multiple multidisciplinary specialty clinics, and extensive support services). Tufts Medical Center has a robust gamma knife program and expanding high-dose rate brachytherapy program.

Who you are :

• ABR Board Certification/eligibility in radiation oncology .

• F ormal research training sufficient to prepare for success as an independent investigator.

• The successful candidate must qualify for a full-time medical faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Tufts University School of Medicine.
