What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll be part of a team manufacturing precision medical implants like nails and screws in a controlled setting.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating equipment used to manufacture medical implants
• Loading metal materials into machines (with bending, lifting, and standing required)
• Packaging and labeling devices in a cleanroom environment
• Running packaging and labeling machinery
• Performing quality inspections to meet strict medical standards
• Following detailed safety, cleanliness, and production procedures

Shifts & Pay

(Shift times may vary slightly within a 45-minute window depending on department placement)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.70/hr
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.55/hr

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or regulated environment
• Experience with machinery or assembly/packaging processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
