What You'll Do

Oversee all daily restaurant operations and shift-to-shift consistency
Hire, train, and develop high-performing front and back of house staff
Maintain food quality, health, and safety standards at all times
Drive profitability through cost control and operational efficiency
Create exceptional guest experiences that build loyalty and revenue

What We're Looking For

3+ years of restaurant operations or general manager experience
Proven track record managing teams and P&L in quick service
Strong leadership and communication skills with natural authenticity
Passion for hospitality and genuine customer connection
Problem-solver who thrives in high-volume, multi-tasking environments
