We're looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can command a dynamic operation, lead a talented team, and deliver exceptional results every shift. What You'll Do
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and shift-to-shift consistency
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing front and back of house staff

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant operations or general manager experience
- Proven track record managing teams and P&L in quick service
- Strong leadership and communication skills with natural authenticity
- Passion for hospitality and genuine customer connection
- Problem-solver who thrives in high-volume, multi-tasking environments
