Job Details Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP Education Requirements: Valid KS or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license at the time of submission; valid Allied license if applicable Location Requirements: 50-mile local radius, locals not accepted Years of Experience: 2 years of labor and delivery experience required; 0 minimum required Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week Additional job information: Care of laboring patients including high-risk conditions such as pre-eclampsia and diabetes for gestations 34 weeks 0 days and greater. Responsibilities include assisting with C-sections, external cephalic versions, and providing postpartum care. Expectation to float to like units as needed, with a brief orientation on the unit. Modules are completed onsite during orientation. Submittal requirements: Valid KS or Compact RN license; valid Allied license if applicable.
