Step down transfers from ICU and IMC with wide range of diagnosis Special Procedures/Unit Details : Continuous Bladder Irrigation, Difficult Urinary Catheter Insertion Team, Post Operative Care of the Kidney Transplant Patient. We are a very busy unit discharging and re-admitting about a third to half of the floor per day. On rare occasions, may have up to 7 patients.
