Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with the Debt Lawsuit Defense team to ensure all cases are worked properly from open to close Critical thinking for the next steps on a case within the parameters set by the firm and catered to the case's/client's needs Resolving cases through active negotiations with the Plaintiff's Attorney Monitoring Legal Assistant's work product Adhering to all deadlines for cases, including motions, trials, mediations, etc. Qualifications: Must have superb organizationaland problem-solving skills Must be knowledgeable of the TRCP Must have e-filing experience Must have civil litigation experience Experience with Justice of the Peace courts is strongly preferred Familiarity with the FDCPA and FCRA is a plus!
