Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary rehab therapy team within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this leadership role, you will coordinate physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, ensure evidence-based, patient-centered plans of care, mentor clinicians, and collaborate closely with nursing and physicians. You will monitor quality metrics, support staff development, and promote a safe, nurturing environment aligned with our mission of delivering high-quality, outcome-driven rehabilitation and exceptional patient experiences, while contributing to process improvement and program growth.
