Clinical Fellow SLP | Elementary School

Starting your Clinical Fellowship Year and looking for a school-based role where you will actually feel supported? AnthroMed Education is hiring Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY) throughout Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. • The selected SLP will support K-6
• The caseload consists of a variety of communication disorders.
• The SLP will be responsible for therapy, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Caseload is approximately 45 students

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for or pursuing Delaware State SLP licensure
• Passion for working in school-based settings
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to learning and mentorship
• Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Annualized salary paid weekly of $59,000-$61,000 (based on experience)
