We are looking fora highly motivated tax expert in real estate and construction to take on a key role in growing our tax practice. We are seeking an ambitious, people-oriented, servant leader with drive and high aspirations who can elevate our firm culture and performance.

This position professionally manages client relationships, assists in training and supervising junior staff, helpsestablish policies to improve efficiency, and mentors and trains managers, seniors, and staff.

The tax principal performs tax planning for high-net-worth clients, and reviews corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns. The principal conducts research on new tax legislation and presents findings to the tax department. This position represents the firm at networking events .

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Licensed CPA and active in the state of Ohio
• 10 or more years of tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably at a regional firm)
• Proficient with CCH tax software products
