Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the retail print center, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality standards
• Support Senior Site Manager in managing and developing a team of four FTEs
• Oversee print production including wide-format printing, lamination, and troubleshooting
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery systems for file formatting, design, and document production
• Manage customer interactions, contract compliance, and Client Service Excellence standards
• Coordinate facility operations including supply ordering, A/V equipment, conference room scheduling, and vendor support
• Provide training on workflow and machine operations to staff
• Ensure financial performance by managing P&L, invoicing, and reporting
• Maintain safety and compliance with workplace standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Project Management Certification
• Print Production Certification
