Center Administrator

Become a part of our caring community As a Center Administrator, you will plan and direct the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. As a Center Administrator, you will perform clinical duties such as: You will work within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems You will collaborate with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach You will help develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and work closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes You will make decisions typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations You will perform escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a group of typical support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates You will ensure consistency in execution across team You will hold team members accountable for following established policies. Required Qualifications Can work on-site at assigned Center(s). Have over 5 years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group, including front of house management and clinical operations.
