Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Travel - CT Tech to operate advanced imaging equipment, including CT scan and X-ray machines, to produce diagnostic images for detecting pathology and abnormalities. This role requires a skilled professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and radiology equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients, obtain consent, and clearly explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document procedures accurately using Meditech and Centricity (PACS System).
• Assist in patient positioning and ensure procedural compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to support patient care.

Qualifications:

• Apply Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Hold ARRT-R Radiography or RT Radiologic Technologist certification.
• Graduate from an accredited vocational school or equivalent program.
• Demonstrate experience operating CT and X-ray/Mammography equipment.
• Capable of working independently and adapting quickly to a dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in radiology.
