Before You Hit the Highway (CDL A DRIVER Requirements & Qualifications):

• Active Class A CDL license and DOT Medical Card.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration squared away.
• Clear MVR and pre-employment screenings.
• At least one year of CDL experience within the past 3 years.
• Fewer than 3 violations or accidents in 3 years.
• Knowledge of DOT regs and safety rules.

Your Workday on Wheels (CDL A DRIVER Responsibilities & Job Duties) You start early, check your rig, and hit familiar roads. Every stop counts - warehouses, docks, or customer sites - you keep it safe and steady. It's good, honest work that ends the way every day should, with your truck parked and your feet up.

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with a 48'-53' dry van to complete local deliveries.
• Deliver flooring materials and supplies to customers, wholesalers, contractors, and job sites.
• Load and offload freight using an electric pallet jack while following safe material handling practices.
• Inspect equipment before and after each route and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Verify delivery paperwork, maintain accurate logs, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures while providing professional customer service.
