Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification required

Must-Have: Flu and COVID vaccine required, accepting medical/religious declinations

Description:

Interviews will be conducted via phone.

The shift will consist of 12-hour day/evening rotations.

Weekly hours will total 36.

Weekends and holidays will be blocked for this position.

Scrubs should be navy blue.

Offers must be responded to with an acceptance or decline within 48 hours.

Time off will not be added or altered once an offer is accepted.
