Mobile Diesel MechanicAbout Star Nursery: Established in 1983, Star Nursery is looking to hire qualified, skilled, motivated employees who take pride in performing their job in a professional, safe and timely manner.Why Work for Star Nursery?The safety of our employees is a priority.Mobile Diesel Mechanic Requirements:Have a valid NV driver's license (Class A CDL is a plus) No current driving record suspension or revocation Complete a Pre-employment drug screening Pass a Pre-employment background check Have reliable personal transportation Ability to lift, push and/or pull at least 50 lbs. Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, bend, kneel and/or climb. Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions Ability to read job orders, diagnose vehicles and determine malfunctions and plan work procedures.We are looking for a skilled, dependable and hard-working mechanic with at least 2 years of the following experience:Preventative maintenance and troubleshootingEngine repairsBrakesCooling systemABS systemElectricalDrive-train repair and replacementTire service and repairHVAC SystemHydraulic systemTarp assemblyInstallation and Diagnostic of ELD devicesTest drive equipment (based on having a CDL license)Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
