Enjoy a daytime schedule; our hours of business are from 6:30 am -2:30 pm.

• Weekends and holidays are required (that's when we are the busiest!)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including sinks, machines, floors, and work surfaces
• Operate dish machines safely and report any issues to management
• Take out trash, and recycling
• Assist with restocking clean dishes and small wares to the appropriate stations
• Support kitchen staff by helping with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness procedures
• Keep up with dish flow during peak service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain proper chemical usage and ensure correct sanitation levels

Physical & Lifting Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (typically 4–8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (bus tubs, trash bags, stacks of dishes, equipment)
• Frequent bending, reaching, scrubbing, and working around hot water and steam
• Ability to work in a warm, humid dish area with constant movement

Work Environment

• High‑volume breakfast and lunch service
• Exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and continuous noise
• Requires strong teamwork, communication, and a positive, dependable work ethic
